Not all brokers adhear to that ruling yet, unfortunately for me Ameritrade does, lol. It has had the effect of slowing me down on my trades and also making me rethink my planned trades. It hasn't been an all bad situation, but there have been times when it has cost me money! Like today with MOBL for example! I could have bought MOBL at the open for 0.031
