Did you read the 8K? Better yet, did you understand it?? They raised some $3-5 million, hard to tell for sure, capital, with PREFERRED shares that will do significantly better receiving dividend returns than dumping the shares into the market. Why do that if the company has no plans? Can't stay listed on NYSE, etc? Explain.
