Acordy S.A. is a Spanish company that was formed in 2014. Acordy has been primarily involved in the production and distribution of food items from Spain with a concentration in olive oils and wines from the Iberian Peninsula. Acordy is also involved with commercial horse breeding. The company is currently planning to become involved in the production and distribution of medical marijuana products and already has the necessary infrastructure in place to commence commercializing CBD products in the next three months.




Horse breeding
At the end of 2015, Acordy-Invest SA surprisingly had the great opportunity to acquire 90% of the share capital of horse breeding now run by the label "Hipica-Acordy". Hipica-Acordy breeds purebred Andalusian horses with the quality mark "PRE".
This riding stable is one of the three best in Spain. In recent years, several gold medals and awards have been won in international, European and Spanish tournaments. At last year's International Tournament in Seville in November 2016, Hipica-Acordy SA had two horses in fifth place in the various disciplines, one on the 7th and one on the 9th. Every year, about 35 to 40 foals are born, bred by stallions, Which are medal carriers.

Olive plantations
Acordy-Invest SA Participates in olive plantations in Spain, Portugal and Morocco.
Tamayo
On the Tamayo plantation, Which has a total area of 95ha, 70ha are planned for the new planting of 35,000 olive trees of the quality brands "Picual" and "Alberquina" according to ISO standard 9001-2008. This Increases the yield on this plantation alone by up to 450,000 liters per year. This plantation has its own electricity and water supply: one lake and two water reservoirs. On the remaining 25ha on Which no olives may be planted, the Acordy wants to create a recreational area with riding school and catering for the people of Malaga.
Cordoba
In Moriles near Cordoba, Acordy Invest SA owns in olive plantation of 135ha. The olive variety "Picual" which planted there. The resist surroundings of Cordoba are hills and mountains, All which is why it rains more on average than at annual on Spain's southern coast. A good harvest brings the Acordy-Invest SA to annual yield from this plantation of 450,000 liters.
Malaga
In Sierra de Yeguas Acordy-Invest SA owns in olive plantation of 56ha. Of thesis, 25ha are planted with the olive variety "Hojiblanca" and 31ha with the "Arbequina" olive. With a good harvest, this plantation yields of annual yield of 225,000 liters. Yield will increase annually as the trees grow.
Tanger
In Safia near Tangier (Morocco) Acordy-Invest SA owns a small olive plantation of 25ha. The "Hojiblanca" olive variety which planted. This plantation gives Acordy-Invest SA to annual yield of 60,000 liters.
La Ventocilla
The "La Ventocilla" near Jerez de la Frontera, a city with 215,000 inhabitants in the province of Cadiz (on the Atlantic Ocean) has on area of 175 ha. After the harvest in February / March 2018 we are engaged in the implantation of Already in the winter of 2018/2019 approx. 90,000 olive trees start and expect a harvest alone from this 5th plantation of 500,000 liters of olive oil. With "La Cilla Ventos" Acordy-Invest SA has expanded its olive cultivation by 38% in terms of area. The olives are harvested between November and January and pressed from late January to mid-April at our own olive oil refinery in Cordoba.

Wine, Brandy & Sherry Production
The "Bodega Moriles SA" in Cordoba is a wholly owned subsidiary of Acordy-Invest SA.
The Bodega Moriles buys the vines from the winemakers, presses them and makes them wines and brandy's.
The "Bodega Constancio" is 75% owned by Acordy-Invest SA and Produces about 2,000 liters of sherry each year.

Francis G. Báez, CEO
After training as to industrial clerk at the company "Black Horse", Mr. G. Báez completed his three-year military service in the "Guardia Real" of the Spanish Royal Guard and reached the rank of corporal. After many years working in the management of various luxury hotels, Including the five-star house "Melia Sanctu Petri" in Cádiz, where he responsible for what marketing and finance, Mr. G. Baez went into local politics. He held the position of Tourism and Marketing Secretary in Sanlúcar de Barrameda (Cádiz). Since 2012, he has been instrumental in shaping the development of Acordy Invest and is responsible for managing the products and Selecting the company's projects.

Francisco Alcazar Soler, CFO
Before the trained administrative and commercial merchant founded his own company, Mr. Alcazar Soler worked in well-known companies in the trade and construction industry as a certified public accountant and tax consultant. In addition to the development of his professional consulting work, he expanded his knowledge by workout as to insurance agent and real estate administrator at Alliance. Mr. Alcazar Soler has been with Acordy Invest since 2015 and has been instrumental in the development of the company since then.

William Eric Ottens, President
More than 25 years experience in executive and financial management with such corporations as Marriott Corporation, Baker-Hughes International, Global Telecom Network and Tekoil and Gas Corporation. Eric attended the University of Maryland where he majored in accounting and finance. Eric was also a helicopter pilot in the U.S. Army and resided for more than 12 years in several South American countries. He is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and French.
