$BIOAQ Pretty sure "Fair Market Value" for the plant was realized. Unless you know something different that happened from the SISP process ?? Assets only bring in what someone else is willing to pay for them. Referencing common shareholders, that wouldn't have changed anything. How do you think the rest of the listed non-secured creditors feel. We're last in line & there are a lot of people on that list ahead of us.
