At one time Grist and Falso were ATYG CEO and Secretary but they were just typical Zoyes Boys / Javan King nominees and were soon replaced - not meaning they actually left - their numerous stocks are always a game of musical shares. They even have a little template they use to issue similar PR's, changing only the CEO’s name, i.e., one size fits all.

I’ve seen all the OTCM disclosures that are being rapidly submitted for FTEG which in itself is a huge red flag. FTEG also was mentioned on the Fake News Releases board, “FTEG (fake news on 11/29/17)”

Grist was listed with 144 shares in numerous ASKE Disclosures (back when they actual submitted disclosures).

They’re like a cult, running serial scams - Javan King, Syndicate, Mike Zoyes, Stephen Zoyes, Cortney Zoyes Talley Morris, Sonny Boyd Williams, Dominick Falso, John Correnti, Nelson Grist .......etc.

Interesting all the stock mentioned are “OTC Pink No Information”. I’m sure FTEG is working hard to get current so they can P&D the stock.

I saw this on their website, but I don’t see they’ve ever filed a Reg A:
