I tried to get you to email me but since you wish to have me answer you here then I will.

1. You violated IHUB rules by posting the above which is a lie. It is conjecture and is not true. You put words in the Board of Director's mouths.

2. I received a call from Mr. William Hoffman Chairman of the Board of CDCH this afternoon and he was less than pleased with your post and ask that I would remove it. I would have removed it even without his call but he brought my attention to it.

3. Your post if brought into a court of law could be considered libelous towards the B.O.D. and Mr. Hoffman and any other officer's of the company could take legal action.

4. Mr. Hoffman was nice enough to consider this closed with the removal of the post. I also consider it closed if you will quit assuming you know more than you do.

5. I was at the ASM and I know what was said and you are incorrect on most of your posts.

6. I personally was fortunate to sit with Mr. Hoffman one on one for approximately two hours between meetings and with the rest of the Board for about 25 minutes and they very much have all the shareholders interest at heart and that was reinterated very firmly to me personally by phone today.

7. If you are not happy sell your shares is what Mr. Hoffman suggested and the company will go forward without you and those who know nothing of what they speak.

I hope you take what I say to heart. This post is to inform you that the company is and will do what is best for the shareholders. Not everything Les Price says to someone is the same thing that the CDCH board may agree with or think.

I wish you the best but you will not have the honor of posting here in the future if you continue with your...naive ...I did nothing wrong attitude.

You were flat out wrong. Keep your posts about facts of the company and you will be fine. Deviate to cross the line and I can not guarantee that the CDCH Board of Directors would not pursue action against you for your careless posts.
