"Corp address" is William vowler house

Michael zakany llc owns JMS not UPZS

Review July 28, 2015 FDA report. Very serious failures. The violations are consistant with how that is run and how vowler supports it (in exchange for giving zakany stock and allowing UPZS to book revenue - JMS history of high debt and wasteful spending).

The problem is JMS will most likely be warned and fined again for similar practices.
