It is a fact that there is an 8-K by Empire Energy dated September 27, 2018 signed by Malcolm Bendall . It includes a press release by his buddy Christopher Foster of Alpha Prospects claiming TOGA is in the process of arranging funding to drill in Tasmania.

Nobody denies it has been been made. What is your point?
