This is what I basically found out about the Korean Interpark Chifeng BizMarket deal, its headquartered in NE China in Mongolia.

Chifeng BizMarket E-Commerce Co., Ltd. is the headquarters and settlement center of Interpark Bizmarket, a subsidiary of South Korea's integrated e-commerce company Interpark. Interpark is a representative e-commerce company that operates in the fields of shopping, books, ticketing, and travel in Korea.

So I am guessing it a hub of some sort for their cross border trading, or order filling place, I don't know, its hard to go between the Chinese, to English to Korean to some Mongolian Dialect as I take it this company/subsidiary in in northeast China near the Korean border.

From what I could piece together that's the jist of it, I am assuming goods going both ways, from the Ecommerce site in Korea and China.
