They need to update the market as soon as possible, no one will buy when the diluting machine is on. This will only invite naked shorting and panic selling and the PPS will nose dive in no time. The PPS has been diminishing constantly from 0.16 to 0.05 now, I don't call this "controlled dilution", this is an utter mess.
