I agree, honesty and transparency are of highest importance. Real companies aren't afraid to do so and understand the importance of establishing and maintaining shareholder loyalty/trust over time.

Given this is a board about KUTG allow me to point out several things about this company, which can be fact checked and I believe separates the wheat from the chaff:

1) The technology is real: KUTG's carbon fiber based technology is patented and Dr. Timothy Knowles (KUTG co-founder and CTO) has a long history in the game of thermal management (30 years+). This technology has been and is commercialized.

2) High-caliber partnerships/customers: NASA, NREL, and recently announced Leidos. More to come (see company presentation).

3) High-caliber management team and board (see company presentation)

4) World-class accounting firm: Marcum (www.marcumllp.com)

5) KULR Technology has been written about in respectable publications like the Wall Street Journal, which are news sources with higher standards of fact checking before publishing.

Not all microcap companies are bad. Believe it or not, there are real companies out their with real products, and real intentions on growing their businesses.
