I agree hold heartily, 100%....
I think what has broken down the communication between TMMI management and the shareholders started years ago with the past management....
That's the angst of anticipation asking questions that couldn't be answered correctly....
That has followed into the same questions being asked, but with more intensity, and unless those sensible questions are asked the new management won't answer them until they find it fit to do so....
That's also why the new management won't take calls anymore, unless shareholders that do get through and actually get to speak with someone that holds the authority to answer those questions, if they can, some questions can't be answered....
Shareholders need to ask simple, sensible questions....
Pushing the envelope just won't happen, not with this new management....
If it was me and I
was the one answering phones
I wouldn't take the abusive calls either, I would start using the answering machine....
However,
I would release an updated message about any delays....
That delay, if we can call it that, is the Q&A, but we are still in the early part of the Fall season....
That really hasn't happen yet....
What I am seeing are the timely updates on the website and for me it's satisfaction in my book....

TMMI shareholders have never had any management from yesteryear do what this new team has been able to do with PRs and updated websites, never....
I applaud them for that!!!!
