Update on company activities.
Our plans remain the same, including relisting to the OTC QB as a fully reporting company.

We have engaged a new CPA to complete the financials asap,
we transitioned from Now CFO as they have not produced.

We are engaged with people and groups that can help us with capital and growth, including new experienced senior management.
Should have some definitive deals to report soon.
