ALSO...from BP Due Diligence point of view... HAVING A PATENT is a necessary predicate to sealing a deal... without which, it could not happen.

...all part of the "process".

PS. On $100MM Acquisition deal I am working on...6 months to complete the financials...now we were told 3-4 months for legal Due Diligence. Time it is taking for IPIX to seal a deal...not out of the ordinary. Patent could be a big piece of IPIX legal DD. "WE OWN THE TECHNOLOGY"
