charades generally are performed without the knowledge of enforcement agencies. That's the whole point, avoid scrutiny. This is the one thing Berman has been good at but, he has experience doesn't he? Berman is doing his best not to make the same mistakes he did the last time he faced a shareholder suit and was pummeled by the courts. This is why his PR's are always presented with cryptic meanings allowing for plausible deniability. I suspect he is also heavily involved in these message boards. IMO, of course.
