I am over weighted with it as well. It is about one third of my entire accounts total valuation, and I only add a little more here and there...rarely sell any. If it spiked hard to $10 or higher I would sell some of it, perhaps half. Then I would try to rebuy all of it at a lower price.

Btw, more Form 4s came through last week where insiders are still adding shares.
