As I pointed out earlier the PR on Oslo Børs refers to SIAF-ME.
(newsweb.oslobors.no/message/462345);
Compare that to how Oslo Børs PRed the ex date for Equinor (Statoil);
(newsweb.oslobors.no/message/457639)
For Equinor they stated "OSE: EQNR, NYSE: EQNR", while for SIAF they stated "SIAF-ME". The PR does say "The shares in the Company will trade exclusive of the right to receive Distribution Shares today, 30 October 2018" so the question then is whether Oslo Børs by "shares i the Company" refers to the SIAF-ME (which the start with) or also SIAF on OTC (and if so, why didn't they state it like with Equinor).
It might be that SIAF were able to bypass FINRA by having TRW distributing the shares, but to me it is mind-blowing if SIAF is allowed to distribute >>100% of market cap without any PR that the ex date is passed.
