And actually, this has inspired me to look at Reliance more closely. Both the "Holdings" and "Capital" groups have overlapping assets. I am trying to figure out the differences and what the potential is for them to merge. If the Capital Group is a subsidiary of the Holdings Group, and the Holdings group is R/Ming with EOMS, it could make sense that The Holdings Group merge also. I am not sure if that would be a Reverse Triangular Merger or not.
I get confused. :-O
