Apart from causing headache, which was reported by 9 patients while taking Niprisan, there were no important adverse effects.
As a counter measure to prevent headache from slightly high dosing.
To date it has been determined that the most effective daily dosage of Nicosan consists of four capsules for adults and two capsules for children. The daily doses should be administered in two divided doses with one-half of the daily dosage taken twice daily. Preferably the seperate divided doses will be taken in the morning and again in the evening.
