KGKG owns 2,476,722 Preferred series D shares of VATE which convert at 60:1 for a total common share ownership of 148,603,320. There has been some confusion since VATE's audit/up-list as they needed to change the classification of shares for the audit. I expect this to be clarified in coming quarterly filings.

It is an underappreciated asset which KGKG owns; I think of VATE as KGKG's piggy bank to be tapped as needed for future growth.
