$ONCS If I'm not mistaken, this dilution is of the controlled type, sort of like letting a little water out from behind a dam at various times instead of opening the floodgates.

However, there will be some people who will bail because they see the word "dilution" and haven't read further. There might be some red next week because of this but it will be temporary.
