I can't hit a moving target - your original post was that Kim was defending the Ruppert lawsuit because he was the Majority shareholder and it would harm him - that was poorly thought out - as it isn't close to being accurate.

Kim isn't the majority shareholder - he owns the Preferred Shares that control the vote - but he owns 55 million shares (which he hasn't sold one share) - so there is at least 1 person/company that owns more common shares that Kim.

But the lawsuit wouldn't have any effect on Kim as he could issue himself more common shares.

As I accurately stated Kim defended the lawsuit with his own money - and it was to defend shareholders not himself against the fraudulent lawsuit from Ruppert.

Your argument that Kim defended the lawsuit to protect himself because he is the majority shareholder wasn't well thought out and just another feeble attack against Kim.
