Legal rec doesn't factor in at all to my thoughts on price only the STZ deal gives it value. The STZ deal and the funding of that deal has established the valuation of $36-$37 US, 5 Billion dollars says so! I mean it's not a piddly 500 million dollar deal it's 5 BILLION! Totally safe bet and if anyone is on the fence of buying more this is the entry point. Since it failed to break the 200 dma and it failed to fill the gap below that but rallied to ironically close the week of the STZ deal it's a no brainer. If I'm wrong we'll find out within the next week early but I'm pretty confident.
