It was for 20%


20% of its shares in APR that is, but how much was/is the estimated value of the APR-dividend compared to the market cap of PHI?

If it's >25% then it would be similar to SIAF/TRW, although we don't know the final end results for PHI in this case since the payment date in that case hasn't been yet
