No OTC announcements at the time,no FINRA, nothing


Interesting, but I'm not sure how to interpret it since the PR doesn't mention an ex date (is the distribution for >25%?)

So what we have (for PHIL) is that there either 1) is no need to PR the record date whatsoever (cfr SIAF) and that there is no need to PR the ex date, or 2) that the ex date isn't set yet and will be PRed as soon as it is set.

What's your take on this? (both for SIAF and for PHIL)
