You guys seem like the other guys on the board except you seem to be desperately trying to get people to not sell their shares, I assume because You fear the stock price going down.. To be clear I am still very bullish

If you give me your e-mail adress I'll send you documentation that I indeed sold shares on Merkur and bought on OTC.

I'm very bullish on SIAF as well btw. My gut feeling (which is wrong so often that I don't trust it though) tells me that SIAF will give us the record date of the cash dividend in the Q3-report.

Fact is only shareholders of record on oct 31 receive trw shares stated multiple times by the company

And facts "is only" that FINRA-rules state that those shareholders will have to give away their TRW-shares to the new owners of the SIAF-shares if they sell between the record date and the ex date (cfr every single link on the subject).

You might be right, but be very careful to be so bombastic when what you state contradict the rules!
