Believe whatever but I listen to facts

I don't mean to be rude, but "I spoke with" doesn't cut it. There has been people reaching out to both Peter and Solomon about this without getting any reply. So if you to get a reply from SIAF, then get it in written form!

Also the "Sounds like" doesn't seem very comforting... The facts are that distributions >25% have special rules on OTC. It is also a fact that the estimated value of the TRW-distribution is WAY above 25%.

I'm not saying it is a done deal that we will have two ex dates, and there are reasons to why people should NOT sell on Merkur and buy on OTC (even if there are two ex dates), but for God's sake; do NOT sell any shares on OTC before we know with 100.00000000% certainty that you will not loose the TRW-shares!
