anyway, OCT's info is out. i'm impressed otcbb has it out on the 1st.

the thing that stands out to me is ABLE has only bought 53 mil shares YTD. only 14 mil in oct.

either 1) he will buy slowly as pps goes up to help support at different areas (I love this idea).
or 2) he's not the only MM buying for wessal.
or 3) we got the wrong guy.


only other likely suspects, as data suggests, is SEAB (because of L2 also) and SBSH, from data.

I hope it's 1.
