I can already answer that question for you. Until there is more pipeline volume access (causing the discount) they will not re-start production. With the current discount it is not feasible to resume production. Even with their low cost to produce. This is going nowhere fast and will require patience. Horst is a very nice man and I am sure would be glad to speak with you if you call him. There have been no news releases because there has been no news.
