Look at ONCS's massive 30M ATM offerings released after market today. Although it is not a secondary offering but obviously, I would preferred they fund ongoing trials from the partnership deals. I remember ONCS done ATM offerings prior to SITC last year - not impacted ONCS PPS but rather PPS went up after SITC.

ONCS definitely wanted place this matter just prior to SITC....it means they're expecting much higher price - another indicator of good data will be presented at SITC.

After market PPS down little bit after news release but I think we're alright.
