On this particular issue management and the largest shareholders agreed and that was more than 50%. No additional voting would change the result.

That’s true about their agreement of agreeing.
It just so happens the ones who agree and the largest shareholders have been or still are in the Freestone administration.
Controlled and manipulated by their agreement.
