Sorry, in the absence of the other side confirming this scenario this is just not believable. Berman has no credibility in anything he says or publishes regarding DECN. You just cant keep pushing milestones down the road, promising things and not delivering, providing unaudited financials, blaming everyone else, and issuing millions of shares without results and expect everyone to believe it was the other guy.
