Most likely, and I'm just speculating of course, they are in talks with more than one buyer of shares (private, strategic, from the owners stock pile) for the purposes of diversify the owners holdings, getting shares into firm hands for when share structure change and move to new board comes, and I'm betting it will be strategic for the business as well.

These guys are much smarter than most here give them credit for, I'm thinking 2019 is going to be better for me than 2016 was, and that was a really good year.
