Suppose that if all the proposals fail some stockholder attending the meeting will need to volunteer to be the CEO. Let’s not forget it’s a one man show. I suspect we are ALL pretty much stuck in first gear with this company. We should at lest figure out a way to add a COO to the management team in the event that JR bails or leaves for any other reason. Is there a leadership succession plan...don’t think so.
