Teva is just referring to the 40mg script. 20 mg as we've seen is somewhere around pocket change (about 5%)

From what I can see Mylan takes the bulk of the 40mg generic sales. My guess would be that Sandoz might be in the 15% range.

That works out that Mylan is in the $115mil range and Sandoz is in the $20mil range. Momenta's take is out of the $20mil pot so if we see $5-$7 million you should consider yourself lucky.
