The people that need to know IPKL in China either do know or will. Nothing happens without government approval. The mining problem is very high on the agenda of the Chinese government and they will not only make it know to all the mines but insist. The goal is to cut down or eliminate the loss of lives of the minners. By the way the people that are representing IPKL are Chinese and speak the language. As far as I can see this is a done deal. Its great for all parties.
The Chinese minners, the Government, and IPKL and thus the shareholders. People, we fell into it. Ya gonna be rich!

This is only my opinion. You should research before you invest to limit your risk. When you invest in pinks its all risk and most fail, Never risk more the 10% of your holdings in pink sheet stocks!
