Quick DD: Company has completed 2 Acquisitions and One JV Deal to date and has one more Acquisition planned that has yet to be announced. Per a recent PR the Company has NO INTENT TO RS the stock and plans to also AVOID DILUTION by renegotiating convertible debt and/or paying it off with a more conventional style loan.
