I was pm’d and asked if I could elaborate on my conversation with ECOS. After posting the message regarding the Las Vegas corporate office and seeing they were not current, I was getting pretty upset with the company.
I had to call every number I had till someone answered. He was reluctant to share any information and I told him I was a fairly large investor and not happy the way the name issue was being managed and no pr being released.
The gentleman asked me were I saw the name taken by the lawyer and said they are addressing that, but they have the rights to the name and it would be handled legally.
He also said expect soon and it would make all the investors very happy.
I didn’t press much more because of the SEC restrictions.
