Websites can be hacked, same with Twitter and Facebook. It does not hold the weight of an 8K, by any stretch. If he's so transparent and open, he should have sent a shareholder letter, at a minimum, when the doo-doo all started hitting the fan in May. Instead, he's been 100% silent.

Not official? Of course it is. Websites, twitter, facebook all are deemed communication recognized by the SEC. Legally binding liability just like an 8K. He will be held accountable as the CEO. He has copped out sure enough by not living up to his promise to inform shareholders. Will he escape Karma? Only in his dreams
