Was this about the top-up collateral shares that the issued several months ago?


I believe this relates to the issuance of shares (with dumping) H2/17. If I recall correct then Broadridge (well, SIAF) didn't update the OS regularely even though SIAF were increasing it (which we learnt about later). One of the things Fredly (?) complained about in January.

Totally deserved in my opinion - we're lucky they didn't set the fine higher
