I take RCP at their word that PIOE stock will be used as an incentive to retain/reward their best employees. Perhaps this is the extent of their interest in obtaining roughly 44M PIOE shares??

If they are giving out shares to some of their employees, one can only hope that they come with some restrictions for a reasonable holding period. Would be a good question to ask on a conference call imo.
