Can someone help me understand why anyone would sell their company to another company for shares that are 30x +/- more than current value?

2.5m shares x $0.03 = $75k. I get it.
2.5m shares x $0.0014 = $3.5k...

Am I missing something? Or, did Torque just sell there company for less than $10k based on the expectation of a dramatic future share increase? Seems crazy to me.
