You think they can swap CA with a higher stake in TRW?


The partners... want SIAF to own/control as much as possible. Because, SIAF has the technology and the know-how. That's why SIAF can acquire up to 75% for (only) book value (construction cost).

Do we want SIAF to own 18.3% or 36.6%? Well, if it's 18.3% then there is also $112M in debt due from TRW. And we know that TRW can't repay it. So I would prefer 36.6%.
