That would be a good move, and might actually get this POS off no bid; however, I have a feeling Peter will end up executing a split in order to reduce the SS first. A split will put the final nail in the coffin, causing shareholders currently in this POS to dump their positions as soon as the stock starts trading again at a new price. I’ve seen it done many time before and it’s the ultimate way to screw shareholders over.

As an example, look what happen to CHZP, now trading as CBDY with a new bullshit story and a bunch of convertible notes waiting to be unloaded. Before they were CBDY, they were a online chess company sitting at no bid. Then they decided to go with a 1:100 split and immediately after the stock opened at .10, they took it all the way down to low .03’s, before eventually moving back up into the teens after a couple months. It was a way for them to completely wipe out shareholders while buying back their shares on the cheap, then running it when they controlled most the float. I can see the same thing happening here.

My opinion, and take it for what it’s worth, but knowing how shady VCPS/Peter has been with shareholders, I wouldn’t put it past him to do exactly what I described. For the sake of longs here, I hope that doesn’t happen, but I’m just being realistic.
