Aphria Inc (OTCMKTS:APHQF, TSE:APH) seems like the most likely cannabis company to team up with Diageo. At its November 2 annual meeting, Aphria will be nominating Tom Looney to its board of directors. Looney recently retired as President of Diageo U.S. Spirits and Canada.
