No that isn't accurate - Kim isn't the majority shareholder - he owns 55 million shares. Someone owns close to 100 million shares.

He controls the vote - so how is it that Kim is protecting himself - as the CEO he could vote to provide himself another 100 million shares but hasn't done so.

If Ruppert had won the lawsuit it would have meant more dilution just like the days of Ross/Ruppert/Kalisky.
