My theory is that the price has nothing to do with the CEO or no news lately. Everything is there for this to be trading at a higher price. Would it be possible no matter how far fetched that a few investors own a considerable amount of shares and have price manipulated this down to nothing to accumulate more shares and are waiting for news to pump the stock to interest new investors to sell their shares off at a higher price? Though I believe it's illegal this happens a lot to penny stocks. Just my theory and opinion.
