Cautiously optimistic here that the ask is at .0035 for a reason. Lately the ask has been the same as the closing price or maybe one tick higher. Seems the mm's are letting larger gaps appear in the day to day trading as well. All good indicators to an upcoming run. Let's see if it happens...
