Gerald, please close down your operation and allow your investors to take their tax write off. As it exists now, the shareholders of Bnet Media Group, Bnet Communications, and Eastern Asteria cannot even sell their shares and it is obvious they will never be able to do so. At one time you had at least 78 loyal shareholders who ponied up money to put in Bnet Media group, and they had the hope of merging their shares into Bnet Communications They were going to really make lots of money . Of course, that ended up being a fantasy and then your son walked off with all the money. Here is my point, please have a heart for the poor souls who trusted you and allow them to take their losses. If you just file one SEC report stating you are defunct and unable to proceed, the shareholders will be upset, but, deep inside , they know you have failed anyway. Do it for your own sake as well, and live out your years in the trailer court with some degree of dignity before you pop a blood vessel from the stress of living such an outlandish tale of riches beyond the imagination.
