Insider Holdings, Project Update All Good.

The following site details the major insider holdings. All are up this year percentage and share wise. No sells. IMHO, this bodes well for future. A large percentage of executive compensation is via shares, which is also positive. The large increase in compensation in 2018 is disappointing because it is completely disconnected with share price, however, because it is largely share-oriented, it could also bode well in 2019 and beyond.

Wyoming project area expanded by a couple hundred meters by this summer's drill result, which will only improve the already-great NPV. There is little reason not to either push aggressively forward towards mining this thing or package this deposit separately and sell to already established miners like FCX. Even at 30cents on the NPV dollar, this sale would still fetch somewhere around $52.8 million/19.5million outstanding shares over-all in USAU = +/-$2.70/share for USAU and they retain the tremendous NV Cortez exploration concession!

NV received EA to proceed with further exploration on Cortez trend, which is also in LION country as far a gold prospects go.

Both NV & WY are in mining-friendly states.

As painful as this one has been to keep cost-averaging downward, I think it has one of the more promising prospects out there.

Institutional ownership is also up over-all from a year ago.

However, shorts have been hammering this one this year, with almost 10days to cover current short position. Should gold continue its upward trajectory and USAU starts to break out, could be a double bonus with the short squeeze.

Holding and adding when it gets totally beaten down...
